COVID 19 - Guidance and Precautions
Here at NOVO health and hygiene is of paramount importance, and whilst I employ good safe practice, due to to COVID 19, I have implemented extra measures for your safety. Details are as follows:
Masks are to be worn on attendance and during your appointment where necessary.
Your temperature will be taken upon arrival and recorded as part of your pre treatment medical screening notes.
As well as hand washing facilities, Hand Sanitiser is provided on entry and exit from the clinic.
All patient surfaces are cleaned with anti-viral spray between each appointment and "use once" sterile face shields are utilised.
Fresh towels per client are provided and barrier couch roll is also replaced after each client.
In the event of a client infection notification, client appointments will form part of the Governments track and trace.

Here at NOVO we take your privacy seriously and we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Any information collected by NOVO will only be used for legitimate reasons in accordance with NOVO providing its services to you the data subject.
NOVO will not sell or share any of your information with any other party unless authorisation is made in writing by you the data subject or upon receipt of a Court Order or as required by law.
You may request details of your personal information held by NOVO under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable.
All requests must be made in writing.

- Name, Date of Birth.
- Contact information.
- Lifestyle and medical information relevant to your general condition of health and physical complaint.
Why information is collected and retained
We require this information to:
- Comply with guidelines set out for practitioners before delivering any medical services.
- To keep accurate records of services provided.
- To maintain a line of communication between you the data subject/client and Novo for the purposes of bookings and welfare maintenance.
Collection Methods and Security
All data held by NOVO is that which has been volunteered by the data subject/client either during initial contact via phone, text or social media messaging, or during each face to face consultation which is recorded on their client notes via paper records.
NO information other than the content of a clients message, is knowingly collected or retained by NOVO during contact via website or social media.
The use of any electronic data farming by social media platforms or the NOVO website host, 123.reg, are not known, managed or utilised by NOVO.
To best protect your data, all information is stored in a manner to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure. This includes the use of encrypted phone and computer security, and ensuring regular security updates are installed.
We have put in place suitable physical, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure all information types collected.
